Drama Workshop: The Little Fir Tree In-Person
Ages 5-9
Ingrid Schaeffer, Chair of the Theatre Department at The Educational Center for the Arts, will return for another fantastic drama workshop! There once was a little fir tree who grew tired of his needles and wanted leaves like the other trees in the forest. One day a voice answered his complaint and asked the little fir tree what kind of leaves he would prefer. In this acting workshop, children learn a valuable lesson as the fir tree realizes that he is happier with his pine needles than with any other leaves. Come to the library and act out this wonderful story with props and costume pieces. We will end the program with a visual art activity.
