YA Food Explorers: Summer Herb Gnocchi In-Person
Registration opens Saturday, April 26 at 10:00 am.
Especially for Grades 6-12, join Food Explorers for a hands on cooking class! You’ll be making Summer Herb Gnocchi from scratch! You’ll be kneading, rolling and cutting your gnocchi dough and jazzing this recipe up for summer by adding fresh basil and lemon zest for a deliciously fresh meal. Recipe is nut free but will contain dairy, eggs and gluten. Registration is required and space is limited.
