Photographer, Peter Glass will teach the fundamentals of high-quality imaging to those interested in taking pictures with their smartphones. Learning and understanding the camera controls as well as when and how to use them, will be the focus of this program. Doing so, will put the photographer in better control of their camera. And that will mean significantly improved images. Everything necessary for taking great smartphone pictures will be discussed, including: learning how to use the camera controls on your specific smartphone, basic photographic theory, discussing and, if desired, installing other smartphone camera apps, suggestions for hand-holding your camera, specific steps to follow when taking a picture, useful accessories for your smartphone camera, and how to compose your photographs to produce truly wonderful results. Peter has been a professional photographer in the Hartford area for over 25 years, specializing in corporate, editorial, portrait, and stock photography. His photos appear regularly in magazines, advertising brochures, websites, and on book covers. He also holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Texas.
