Adelita Chirino is an Active Dreaming teacher and a former psychotherapist who lives and works in Milford. The focus of her work for decades has been to help people access the healing power of their own dreaming life.
Active Dreaming is an experiential approach to understanding our night dreams created by author and shamanic dream teacher, Robert Moss, it combines the best practical methods of modern dreamwork with ancient and indigenous wisdom about dreaming.
